VARMO KLETT
Insulation panel in rolls or mat
The VARMO KLETT system is available with a low-profile fibre mat or an EPS panel (also available in graphite) with a non-woven fabric covering, ideal for the quick and secure fixing of radiant pipes. Featuring a 50 mm grid pattern and practical adhesive tabs, it uses 16x2 PERT EVOH pipes with snap-fit connectors for quick and precise installation. CE certified and compliant with UNI EN 13163 and UNI EN 1264-4 standards, it is the efficient solution for radiant heating and cooling systems.

Description
The VARMO KLETT system is available in two versions: with a thin fibre mat or with a roll panel made of white sintered expanded polystyrene EPS (graphite EPS variant), with a protective non-woven fabric film applied, suitable for fixing special pipes wrapped with quick-release strips.
Both versions feature a grid pattern to aid pipe laying (50 mm laying pitch) and adhesive strips for securing the mat (on the underside) and panel (overlapping side).
The pipe used for the system is made of Pert EVOH 16x2 and is covered with a special tape that allows it to be attached to the mat or panel.
The VARMO KLETT system is suitable for the construction of radiant heating and cooling systems, has CE marking and complies with standards UNI EN 13163 and UNI EN 1264-4.
Recommendations: the panel or mat must be laid on perfectly flat and clean surfaces and always protected from direct sunlight and stored in a dry, ventilated place, away from heat sources and open flames.

Benefits
- Ideal for low-thickness systems
- Can be laid on pre-existing pavements
- Quick and easy installation: no tools are required and a single operator is enough
- Flexibility in installation: adapts to any room geometry without constraints imposed by bosses
- No limitation in the choice of coatings
- Versatile: no embossing means no constraints
- Optimum heat distribution with the pipe completely embedded evenly in the screed
- Grid pattern that facilitates pipe laying
