Achieving ISO 14001 certification confirms our commitment to an Environmental Management System focused on continuous improvement, impact prevention and regulatory compliance.

As part of our journey to reduce environmental impact, General Fittings invested in a photovoltaic system installed at the production plant and the logistics hub.

The combined system consists of 1,779 modules and 13 inverters, with a potential capacity exceeding 1,287 kWp. This choice ensures more efficient energy supply and a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions of over 20%, strengthening a more efficient and responsible industrial approach.

Sustainability is also about everyday choices. General Fittings uses certified, fully traceable raw materials, ensuring control, safety and reliability throughout the entire production chain.

At the same time, the company has adopted recycled-plastic packaging, reducing environmental impact and promoting more conscious resource use.

We believe a company’s wellbeing is closely linked to the wellbeing of the community in which it operates. That is why General Fittings supports social responsibility initiatives for the territory, the community and social inclusion.

Supported projects include collaborations with organisations that assist vulnerable people, families in difficulty and children and young people on the autism spectrum, promoting growth paths, inclusion and empowerment of each individual..
