University Tower in Debrecen

The University Tower in Debrecen is a modern, high-end residential building, designed in harmony with the surrounding urban architecture. Located in a strategic area of the city, the development stands out for its contemporary design and its strong focus on aesthetic and functional details. Its 65 exclusive apartments have been conceived to deliver the highest standards of comfort, energy efficiency, and overall living well-being.

Special attention was given to the design and installation of the heating system, which was entirely developed using General Fittings solutions.

The system features state-of-the-art components—including SAFE-PRESS press fittings for multilayer pipes, manifolds, and valves—engineered to ensure uniform heat distribution, reduced installation times, and long-term durability. Thanks to General Fittings technology, it was possible to create a heating system that is efficient, safe, and easy to maintain, fully meeting the performance standards required for a building of this class.
