Raw materials
Certified brass only
We exclusively use certified brass-alloy bars selected to ensure reliability, durability and environmental responsibility. We are able to process all major brass alloys.
Each raw-material batch is traceable and undergoes rigorous quality checks. All processing is carried out in our facilities, ensuring fully Made in Italy production and consistent performance for every customer.
Machining
Advanced automation and maximum precision
The production department is equipped with numerous automated transfer lines, anthropomorphic robots and multi-spindle lathes, designed to manufacture brass components with high standards of precision and repeatability.
Thanks to an integrated production system aligned with Industry 4.0 principles, we optimise lead times, reduce waste and ensure consistent efficiency, quality and reliability.
Assembly
Quality controlled at every step
Each fitting is assembled in robotic islands equipped with vision and automatic control systems. Dedicated assembly stations ensure precision, compliance and integrated quality control—checking each component before packaging and meeting the highest production standards.
