Hotel Rezia

Hotel Rezia is located in the heart of the Valtellina Alps, just a short walk from the center of Bormio, and is a popular destination for both tourists and sports enthusiasts. During the renovation, the hotel opted for modern building services solutions to enhance thermal comfort and overall guest well-being.

For underfloor heating,VARMO DRY low-profile radiant system by General Fittings was installed. Thanks to its reduced thickness and dry installation method, the VARMO DRY system made the renovation fast and straightforward, without the need for a screed.

Owing to the quick installation and rapid commissioning, the hotel was able to minimize downtime and reduce closure periods to a minimum. The radiant heating systems enhance the architectural intervention by providing invisible yet essential comfort, which is key to a high-quality guest experience.
