Historic building

A major renovation of a 500 m² historic building, originally constructed between the 17th and 19th centuries, has radically transformed its interior spaces while fully respecting the building’s architectural identity.

Today, the property houses a modern accounting firm with several offices spread across the ground floor and first floor, as well as an elegant 135 m² residential apartment on the second floor. The entire complex is surrounded by a beautiful 600 m² private garden. Each unit is equipped with fully independent systems, designed to ensure efficiency, comfort, and reliability.

This seamless integration of technological innovation and historical constraints was made possible through the careful selection of General Fittings solutions, including:

  • Press fittings multilayer pipes for the distribution of hot and cold water

  • Flexus distribution manifolds for efficient and modular management of the domestic water network

  • VARMO TECK 23 radiant panels, combined with THOR stainless steel manifolds for the underfloor heating installation, ensuring durability, strength, and uniform heat distribution throughout all spaces

This project clearly demonstrates the versatility and reliability of General Fittings systems, which are able to perform effectively even in complex settings such as historic buildings, where every technical detail must harmonize with the existing architectural and cultural value. It stands as tangible proof that technology and tradition can successfully coexist when supported by high-quality building services solutions.
