For this solution, the VARMO FORM system by General Fittings was adopted: a 52 mm thick insulating panel integrating a 17 mm diameter cross-linked polyethylene (PERT) pipe, laid at a 15 cm spacing throughout most areas and at a tighter 10 cm spacing in the bathrooms, allowing for more precise temperature control and enhanced comfort.

Heat distribution and water mixing are managed by stainless steel manifolds from the General Fittings THOR 6A00.71 series, which ensure efficiency, durability, and ease of adjustment, providing optimal control of the heating system in each individual space.
