Hotel Margherita

The Residence Hotel Margherita is located on the eastern side of Livigno, a privileged position that offers guests breathtaking views of the picturesque surrounding valley and the impressive mountains that frame it. To further enhance the level of comfort provided during guests’ stays, the first floor of the property was completely renovated.

A modern underfloor heating system was installed using VARMO DRY radiant panels by General Fittings. Equipped with 11.6 mm multilayer piping laid at a 10 cm spacing, the system ensures uniform heat radiation and high energy efficiency. The installation is managed through ODINO 6500.H6 series manifolds, guaranteeing optimal heat distribution and precise indoor temperature control.

The choice of VARMO DRY proved particularly advantageous, as it allowed the underfloor heating system to be installed quickly without removing the existing flooring or carrying out major demolition work. This made it possible to avoid extended hotel closures, ensuring service continuity while minimizing disruption for both management and guests.
