Vander Park residential complex
Vander Park, located in the western part of Moscow, is an example of contemporary residential development in the Russian capital. It is a large-scale housing project characterized by high residential density, yet carefully designed to preserve a strong sense of human scale. The development comprises nearly one thousand apartments spread across an area of approximately 2.4 hectares, effectively forming a true “vertical city.”
The complex is organized around a spacious central landscaped courtyard, which serves as a green core and a social gathering space for residents, while eight residential towers rise around this shared area. The towers, ranging in height from 18 to 26 storeys, feature refined brick façades in different colors, creating a distinctive chromatic composition that gives Vander Park a strong identity and makes it immediately recognizable on the Moscow skyline.
Special attention was dedicated to the quality and efficiency of the building services systems, with the installation of top-level solutions designed to ensure comfort, safety, and sustainability. In particular, the heating and domestic hot water distribution systems were implemented using General Fittings fittings and manifolds, selected for their proven reliability and superior performance. These components were strategically integrated to ensure efficient heat distribution throughout all apartments, while optimizing energy consumption and reducing environmental impact.
Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art building services solutions, Vander Park not only delivers a high level of living quality, but also stands as a benchmark for technological innovation in high-density residential construction.
