Avrupa Konutları residential complex

Avrupa Konutları Atakent 4, developed by Artaş Construction on an area of 23,300 square meters, is an ambitious residential and commercial project spanning a total gross floor area of 118,000 square meters. The complex consists of four distinct blocks and includes a total of 441 residential units and commercial spaces, designed to deliver high standards of comfort, functionality, and living quality.

One of the most significant technological features of the project is the heating and domestic water distribution system, which was entirely implemented using General Fittings fittings, manifolds, and valves.
