Le Bélier is an international industrial group specializing in the casting and machining of aluminum die-cast components, primarily serving the automotive and aerospace sectors. Within its Hungarian production facilities, Le Bélier adopts advanced technological solutions also in the fields of energy efficiency and sustainability. A significant example is the DHW (Domestic Hot Water) system, which recovers residual heat generated by compressors during operation. This recovered heat is used to heat four 1,000-liter storage tanks, which act as thermal accumulators.
The heated water supplies the entire domestic hot water system of the plant, serving 12 washbasins and 36 showers, thereby ensuring high energy efficiency and a substantial reduction in primary energy consumption. The entire system is based on advanced plumbing and heating solutions using General Fittings products, selected for their high performance and long-term reliability.
