  • Die Pressfittinge für Mehrschichtverbundrohre der SAFE_PRESS sind mit der Funktion LEAK BEFORE PRESS (LBP) ausgestattet, die es ermöglicht, im Fall eines fehlerhaften Pressvorgangs sofort eventuelle Lecks zu erkennen. Dank der LBP-Funktion ist es möglich, die Stellen zu erkennen, an denen die Pressung nicht sachgemäß erfolgt ist und folglich einzugreifen. Dadurch wird die Möglichkeit von Fehlern oder Versehen verringert, welche die Dichtheit der Anlage im Laufe der Zeit beeinträchtigen könnten.
    Die Anschlüsse können gleichermaßen mit den Profilen TH, H, U verwendet werden.
    Die Anschlüsse können in Anlagen zur Versorgung mit heißem und kaltem Wasser für Sanitärgebrauch, Heizungs- und Klimaanlagen sowie in jeder hydraulischen Installation (gewerblich, zivil, industriell und landwirtschaftlich) und für nicht aggressive Flüssigkeiten eingesetzt werden.
    Die Geometrie des Anschlusses ermöglicht die optimale Verbindung zwischen Rohr und Anschluss infolge des Pressvorgangs und über den Einblick am Muffenhalter kann die korrekte Einführung des Rohrs überwacht werden. Zwei O-Ringe garantieren die Abdichtung und Zuverlässigkeit des Produkts auf lange Zeit.
    Der Anschlusskörper ist aus Messing, während die Muffe aus AISI 304 Stahl ist.
    Bei Installationen Unterputz muss der Kontakt zwischen der Zementmasse und den Metallteilen der Anschlüsse vermieden werden. Da die Art des installierten Anschlussteils irreversibel (nicht demontierbar) ist, kann dieses Unterputz verlegt werden, indem es mit angemessenen Materialien geschützt wird.
